At C-Supply, we specialize in delivering heavy construction materials such as RCC benches, U-shape drains, kerbstones, cement poles, and similar items. Due to the nature, size, and handling of these products, we maintain a strict no return policy once the materials have been delivered and accepted at the delivery site.
We take great care in packaging and handling all construction materials during loading, transport, and unloading. However, minor surface wear or marks may occur due to the nature of transportation and concrete-based products.
Up to 1% minor damage or chipping during transit is considered normal and not eligible for return or refund.
In case of significant visible damage or incorrect product delivery, customers must:
Notify our team within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide photographic proof of the issue via WhatsApp or email.
C-Supply will investigate and take corrective action, which may include replacement of damaged materials or partial refund (at our discretion).
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
Delivery of incorrect products or sizes not matching the confirmed order.
Short supply of items compared to the order and invoice.
Refunds, once approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
